Simple Crepes

Crepes make the perfect breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert. They make the perfect base for any sweet or savory meal.
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Place flour and sugar together in a blender and mix. Then add the remaining ingredients. Blend on medium speed for 5 minutes or until the batter becomes slightly frothy. Place a small saucepan on stove top and heat on medium low. Place small amount of butter in pan. Add a thin layer of batter. Cook for 2 minutes until light brown. Flip crepe and cook other side for two minutes.
