Rainbow Fruit Skewers

Fresh and colorful fruit skewers with a creamy honey-vanilla yogurt dip are perfect for healthy after school snacking.

Ingredients:

For Honey Yogurt Dipping Sauce
● 1 cup Greek yogurt
● 2 tablespoons honey
● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Rainbow Fruit Skewers
● 12 strawberries
● 1 banana, sliced in 12 rounds
● 1 orange, cut into 12 pieces
● 12 green grapes
● 12 blueberries
● 12 blackberries
● 12 wooden skewers

Method:
For Honey Yogurt Dipping Sauce

  1. Whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate
    until ready to use.

  2. Skewer 1 piece of each fruit onto each wooden skewer in the order of strawberry, banana,
    orange, grape, blueberry, and blackberry. Serve with honey yogurt dipping sauce.
